I hope this is not the Josie who lived in Millbrae in the 90's... but I am afraid it is. I worked out with her at a few gyms in San Carlos and a few of us young ladies got to be friends. She went on to become a personal trainer. We socialized outside of the gym for happy hours and going to see live music and specifically one of our trainers at our gyms band - Sam of Marshall's Law.
