Not sure what to say?

I just told my husband that she was one of the best when I was at the Academy. I rephrase that...she WAS the best. She was very good to me & my only wish was that SHE would have been the directress when I was there. I was blessed to have known her. She WILL rest in peace. God blessed her and everyone whose life she touched.

Dear Kathy and family,

Please accept our deepest sympathy in the loss of your sister,Josephine.

Her obituary highlited her many gifts. You must have been very proud of her!

Love and Prayers,

Bert and Rosalie(Snow) Albert

Sister Josephine's earthly journey may be over but her love for Latin will live on in the many students that she instructed. She taught us to think and to always find the "Latin Roots" in our English vacabulary - two things I have carried through my life.
My condolences to the Mercy Community and her family.
She was a gifted teacher and a beautiful person.
Rest in Peace.

Enfold her in the arms of Your mercy, in the blessed rest of everlasting peace, and in the glorious company of the Saints in light. We ask this in the name of Jesus the Christ, who called her and consecrated her to His service and...

I was deeply sorrowful to learn of Sister Joseph Mary's death. She was my Latin teacher at Cathedral High School, class of 1960. I recall her constant gentleness and smile. She was an excellent teacher .Her inner and outer beauty bespoke of a deep grace and love of God which she passed on to me through her faithfilled patience. She was also my first teacher at Cathedral.....it brought back a flood of wonderful memories of those 4 years.
May the Lord grace her with His eternal Presence in...

My sincere condolences to Sister Joseph Mary's family and to the Sisters of Mercy community. Sister was a dear friend to those of us who were her students, colleagues, and simply the hundreds of us whose lives were touched by her and her simple and loving ways.

Sister Joseph Mary was my Latin teacher at Cathedral High School in 1959. I remember her as a very sweet, patient, and kind sister. I know she is in heaven reaping the rewards she earned here on earth. Rest in peace, Sister. Jane Seymour Pearson
