Josephine Decker Flores

Aunt Jo was always interesting to visit. She was a very good cook as well.

I taught with Mrs Flores in Centerville before I was married, (around 1970), and loved her. She was a wonderful teacher and friend to me. (I was the Speech Therapist) This many years later, I still remember her positive and loving influence on me..I loved her. I am sending condolences to her family, whom I did not know. Dear Dan and David, We were sad to hear about your mom´s passing and wish we could have been to the viewing or grave side. We are thankful for the great people both your parents were, for their example, and for the friendship they had with our parents. Our moms built a strong support system for each other in their teaching and were great collaborators in their lesson plans. For some of us - it is time to go - and Jo was one who was well prepared. I loved our visits - and having her and Lem as neighbors for 27 years. Good family!!
