Jefferson Twp: Josephine “Sis” Garvey passed away suddenly on August 26, 2017 at St. Clare’s Hospital/Denville. She was 76.
Josephine was born in Newark and lived in Verona and Caldwell before moving to the Lake Hopatcong section of Jefferson Twp. 30 years ago.
