Not sure what to say?

Josephine was one of my mothers because she helped me grow and I think she loved me. She always called me Merrie. She was my first real employer, but from the time that they trusted me to open and close the store while they were away, I knew that I was also family. After that I dreamed of the time that I would run Brooks fabrics as MerrieBrooks. I got my college degree in Fashion Merchandising because of my experience with her.
She always said she was "Mean". But she wasn't mean. ...

It was my life's dream to work at Brook's Fabrics and Jo made that happen! I treasure the years I spent there and your family will always hold a special place in my heart. She will be missed because she touched so many lives.

We are sorry to hear of aunt Jo's death. She was a smart business woman with a droll sense of humor and well ahead of her time.

Our thougts are with you.

Grandma Jo,

We know you're in a better place, but our hearts still ache. You will be with us always and forever.

P.S. Please talk Frankie into letting our children come to earth! :)

I will miss Joie more than anyone knows. She was my second mother and I loved her as such. Her presence was a blessing to me and our family. I'm sorry for her family that she is gone but happy for her that she finally got to 'go home'.

Jo will always have a special place in my heart because of the many visits I have had to Brooks over the years. My sister and I and all of our girls are regulars because of mom (Joyce Green) and Jo. May God be with you at this time. Know our hearts are with you. Connee

I love you Joie. You were the best friend and step-mother anyone could have. God bless your family. You will be missed greatly.
