I had the pleasure of taking care of Mrs. Knapp while she was at Yale. She was so sweet. The nurses here wish her family all the best and have the Knapps in our prayers.

I had the pleasure of working with Josephine back in the 70s at Yale-New Haven Hospital. We worked in the Billing Dept which was very stressful at times. Josephine could always bring a smile to your face with her infectious laugh. My condolences to her family. She was a special lady.
