Not sure what to say?

So sorry to read that Josie has passed away. A wonderful, kind and fun friend; who I would see every Tues, evening in the Meijer Gardens Gift Shop. Josie had so much to share in life, and will certainly be missed.

I am so sorry to hear this..I met Josephine when she started attending Seaside Assembky of God church. She accepted the Lord at a neighborhood kids Bible club which was being held at Debbie Cooks house...I didn't see her often in these last years but had lunch one day with her and another good friend, Paulette..I followed her political postings and was so proud of her...She will be missed.

I met Josephine in Junior Choir and we attended church and school together. She was multi-talented and a Joy to know. I loved her spunk and tenacity... she was a beautiful role model anddear sweet friend and I love and miss her so much. RIP sweet Josephine..." I´ll meet you in the morning.

Josie has been a cherished friend for many years. We volunteered together at many events for Gilda´s Club. We also volunteered at the LPGA tournament at Blythefield Country Club together. Josie loved driving the golf carts wearing her big straw hat! It is hard to imagine working at those events without her!

I volunteered with Josie at both Meijer Gardens and Gilda´s Club. Her beautiful smile and positive attitude were contagious. She had such a big heart. She always had a big hat on that big hair. It was always fun to work with Josie.

We were LegalShield associates and we motor pooled to Detroit once a month for six or seven years.

Josie was a truly phenomenal woman whose vibrant spirit, unwavering faith, and fierce dedication to her principles touched so many lives. In the political arena, Josie was a huge Republican through and through, a stalwart conservative who lived her values every day. I served with her on the Kent County GOP Executive Committee, where her voice, wisdom, and tireless work helped shape the direction of our local party. We also served on the MIGOP 3rd District Executive Committee together. She...

I remember Bob Goudzwaard speaking highly of Josie and her beautiful voice that made up the choir at Burton Baptist.

I always enjoyed working with Josie at Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park. She always had a smile on her face. With deepest sympathy, Mary Ohm
