Not sure what to say?

Dear Edward and Joseph,

When I think of Josephine, I remember the countless birthday cards that arrived like clockwork every year. I remember her warmth and generosity, her kindness and good friendship to my grandparents Clare and Joeseph Hanlon, my mother Gretchen and her brothers Dennis and Peter.
She will be remembered and truely missed.

Noni & Family,
Please accept my sincere sympathy at this difficult time. She was a wonderful person, and I'm grateful I was able to get to know her in the short time I spent with your family.

Nanna Jo you will be missed. Thank you for sharing yourself & your humor. You were a great teacher for me as a bookkeeper trying to fill your shoes in the business my grandfather started. I think of you often & you will always be in my heart.
