I remember the delight in Jo's eyes as she tested out children's todays at Christmas Buearu.

Dear Christy Pickard,
My mother truly loved teaching and always found the good in her students. I am sure you made her smile more than you think. I am also sure she would be happy to know you are doing well.
Thanks for your nice words.
Sincerely,
Martha Pelcher, her daughter

I am so sorry to hear about Mrs. Pelcher's passing. She was a wonderful teacher and such a sweet lady. May God watch over you all. <3

We are so sorry to hear of your loss. We will be praying for you all during this holiday season.

We are very saddened to hear that Jo has passed on. She was an amazing woman and we feel honored to have known her. She had a passion for life and for helping others as we have worked with her for many years with the Christmas Bureau. She leaves behind a wonderful family to keep her memories alive. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this difficult time! But how happy is her husband who she has been finally reunited with!

Family of Jo Pelcher- I was very sorry to hear of Jo passing away. She was a lovely lady. She was very fond of all of her grandchildren. She was a super worker at the B'ville Christmas Bureau. Jo had many friends there including myself. I was very fond of Jo. I want to wish Jo family the very best for the future and God bless !! John O'Neill
