Josephine "Josie" Piga

Josie and I shared an office at Pru and when the weather was bad her mom (Mary) and my mom (also named Mary) would call us almost at the same time and tell us to get your sister and hat and coat and come home. We would hang up and just laughed and laughed! I think of Josie often and know how much she´s missed by all of us who were fortunate enough to be part of her life! My love to family as we remember the good times!

Josie will always have a place in my heart. We have experienced many years of fun and laughter. We worked together, played together and sometimes traveled together. We felt more like family instead of friends. I sincerely regret not visiting more often after she retired and keeping up with the family. Doesn't change the way we felt whenever we were together and I will forever miss her.

Dear Family, I can't begin to express my sadness to hear of Josie leaving us. She was very much loved by many and will be remembered always! We had many good times and laughs which I will always cherish! My sincere condolences! Love you all, Doris Wallace
