Not sure what to say?

I am sad to hear Aunt Jo has died. We had talked on the phone over the years and I really enjoyed our conversations.

I remember Aunt Jo as a gracious lady, a wonderful hostess, and someone who was always genuinely happy to see and talk with me.

Dear Members of the Sutherland Family,
I was saddened tonight to learn of the death of your mother. She and your father were such good friends to my parents, Norman and Agnes Diederich. There are few pictures of Serra and of Beaumont events in our collection which do not find one or the other with "one or the other" of my parents. As they enriched each others' lives, ours have been enriched as well.
Because I was out of the state of Ohio for several years, I lost connections...

My deepest sympathies to your whole family. You will all be remembered in my thoughts and prayers in the coming days.

Please accept our deep sympathy. Your mother's life was a model of constancy, discipline and friendship. All of you are in our thoughts and prayers.
