I can say little except that Josephine knew the meaning of "family" and taught that to her children and grandchildren. That is a wonderful legacy. I only knew her slightly, being Sarah's other grandmother, but I saw the love she engendered and that makes her exceptional. My prayers and condolences go out the the entire Vahcic family.

Dear, sweet Jo. You let your light shine before all, so that through your good works we were encourage to give glory to our Father in heaven. If ever there was such an lovely example of a Proverbs 31 woman, it was our kind-hearted sister-in-law and aunt. Peace and prayers, Herman and Jeanette Vahcic, and Mark and Benita Hamblin

I'm so very sorry for your great loss. I worked with Jo many years ago at UEC. She was the most nice, friendly, happy woman I have ever known. She was always willing to help anyone. In recent years I would run into her quite often shopping, so happy to see her and she always had a smile on her face. God Bless you Jo, may you rest in peace.

Mrs. Vahcic was a sweet, kind and nice lady. She raised a wonderful family and never had a nasty thing to say about anyone. She always kept her yard in perfect condition. Zeman Avenue will not be the same without her warm and friendly smile. I am glad that she touched my life.I will miss her. May she rest in heavenly peace. God Bless.
My sympathy goes out to the entire family.

My heart aches for you all as we know all too well the pain of this loss. I only had the privilege of meeting Mrs. Vahcic a couple of times, but she was one of the sweetest women I ever met. I know she will be missed terribly, yet also remembered and live on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Praying for you all in this time of grief. With love, Janet Ault and family.
