Josephine Woodruff, 85, of Mansfield, Texas went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 26, 2018 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 15, 1933 in Palm Harbor, Florida to Troy Ezera and Ella Jayne (Taylor) Peel. Josephine was married to the late Carl Woodruff.


The Angels came to take Josephine to be with her Lord. She left with peace and harmony in her heart. Family and friends were able to shower her with love, affection and Prosecco celebrating her 85th birthday just days prior. Josephine made a lasting impression on everyone who came in contact with her and will be sorely missed by all. We have truly lost our Angel here on earth.


Josephine is lovingly survived by her daughters, Carla Creamier and husband Allan, Misty Dawn Woodruff, sons, Mike Woodruff and wife Sissie, Mark Woodruff, Gary Woodruff, sisters, Evel Parker, Lottie Davis, Agnes Gibson, Louise Anderson and Linda Jackson. 


She is preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Ella Peel, husband, Carl Woodruff and brother Bill Peel.


The family will receives friends on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 6-8 P.M. Funeral services will be  on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. both will held at DeBerry Funeral Directors. Interment will follow at Sanger Cemetery.
