Not sure what to say?

I just learned of my friends death. I don't cry much but now I'm crying like a baby because I lost a friend that I truly loved. Josh and his father Sandy meant more to me than anyone can believe. I never thought that he would die before me. Lisa My condolences. chuggaruph!

Dear Lisa, Nathan, Seth, and Jonathan,

We are saddened and share your sense of loss at Joshuas passing. Truly a great tree has fallen! We are deeply blessed to have known him as a friend, and he was quite helpful to our family with legal advice. We appreciated his gentleness, professionalism, and sense of humor. Clearly he has touched so many in wonderful ways, and we are better people for his presence in our lives.

Dear Lisa, Nathan, Seth and Jonathan,
We are deeply saddened to hear that such a fine man has left us too soon. He was a funny, generous, kind-hearted and talented person and will be sorely missed by all who were lucky enough to know him. May your happy memories be a comfort to you all.
Hugs to all,
David and Jennifer

Dear Lisa and family, I want to tell you how much Josh meant to the entire legal community who knew him, and that was a lot of us! He was a wonderful, effective, brilliant, approachable lawyer/mediator. I am very sad about your loss and this loss to our profession. We need more lawyers like Josh, who was a real problem solver in the best sense. The last time I saw Josh was last summer at his beloved Hillsdale Farmers Market. We chatted on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and he told me about...

Lisa, Nathan, Seth and Jonathan, I feel so blessed to have known Josh for over 15 years here in Portland. He recruited me and my friend, Andrew, onto the Hillsdale Mainstreet Board where I was lucky to serve for 3 years. I always looked forward to seeing him at the Farmers Market, especially if he was performing and remember him most fondly as a career and family mentor. He will forever be missed. Sincerely, Phil Richman

Dear Lisa, Nathan, Seth and Jonathan,
I am so upset about Josh's passing. I have fond memories of Cousin Josh's visits to Brooklyn when we were kids (I can still hear Aunt June calling him "Joshua David when she really wanted his attention) and, when I visited in Salt Lake and Berkeley, backpacking and swapping stories of teenage accomplishments. I will miss his rye sense of humor, his western drawl (as it sounded to me), and just knowing my, warm thoughtful cuz was out there on the...

Dear Lisa,
Were so saddened to learn of Joshs passing. The singing on his disc, which has brought us much pleasure, is a comfort now. Our condolences to you and the boys.

Josh had such a wonderful sense of humor, which he brought to his work as a lawyer and to his avocation, music. It was always a joy to see him performing at the Hillsdale farmer's market or listening at concerts. We are shocked and saddened to learn that such a fine man is gone, and we send our best to Lisa and their boys.
