Hello, As a member of the extended Brennan family and based in Dublin, Ireland I always feel that I have a link with any service personnel named Brennan who fall in the line of duty be it Military, Police, Fire Service. In Europe we so often had to depend on U.S. services to protect our way of life be it as before from the Communist bloc and now from Islamic extremists. Nearly forty years from Joshua's death it is important that his sacrifice is recognized and remembered. May his...

Hello, I read Josh´s story tonight and wanted to send my deepest sympathies and condolences to his family. A hero he is and will never be forgotten. I´m proud to be an American and live in a country with such brave and heroic people. Our "Thank you" can never be enough.

Tough day. Miss you, my friend.

We will not forget. May God Bless you and keep you safe and...

Dear Janice & family,
I just want you to know that the loss of your dear son, Joshua, is not forgotten. We are grateful for his service to his country--and humbled by the deep loss your whole family suffers.

Though thousands of miles away across the Atlantic Ocean I cannot help but feel a link with Joshua through our surname. I have no doubt Irish blood flowed through your gallant body. Deepest sympathy to the Brennan family and may Joshua sit at Gods right hand.
