Josh was my second Platoon Sergeant as a young LT. I immediately noticed his natural leadership traits and his instant connection to his soldiers. His leadership style immediately brought on confidence in the platoon, something that I never saw before. He will always remain a part of my life and the memories I have from serving overseas. Memorial Day was a hard one as usual Josh. You were my brother-in law and I was proud to be your family. You were an awesome husband to my sister and an awesome father to Bayley. I really miss you.
