Not sure what to say?

No words can truly express my feelings about Josh Janik, as he was more than a friend, but a role model in so many ways. I am completely crushed by his sudden passing. It is with a heavy heart that I write this message, as we discussed an awesome future and so many fun experiences ahead. May his beautiful soul be in peace until we meet again. For those who read this message, please continue to pass along his message and remember him for the legacy he left with all of us... integrity,...

You're in our hearts forever Josh. You're at peace and you'll be with us always. Sarah Shepherd, Woodbridge, CT.

Thank you josh for helping me in a tough time in my life, was only at Beckley for a month but learned a lot in that time. White water rafting and camping was so awesome and I greatly appreciate you taking us all there. I ll Nvr forget that summer and all of the awesome people in the Canaan area. Rest in peace josh you were an inspiration and the definition of turning a negative into a positive

I had the pleasure of meeting Josh a couple of times because he became an important mentor and friend to someone I love very much. His smile lit up the room and you felt immediately at ease with him. He was kind, funny and down to earth. He touched many, many lives and I'm sure he saved quite a few, too. With prayers to his family.

I had the pleasure of meeting Josh on two occasions because he became an important mentor and friend to someone I love very much. I felt an immediate comfort with him; easy to talk to, kind, funny, and down to earth. I felt like I'd known him forever. His smile lit up the room. He touched many, many lives and I'm sure he saved a few, too. With prayers to his family.

Your legacy will live on forever. I've never met you but I do know of you and the tremendous and unwavering support and care you selflessly gave every day, hour and minute to your community and to all of the men that have stayed at Beckley House.

Thank you Josh. Rest easy
