JOSHUA TRAVIS SEAY, 36, of Ashland, husband of Leslie Seay, died Jan. 17 in Dayton, Tenn. He was employed by Norfolk Southern Railroad. There will be a celebration of life at 1 p.m. Jan. 27 at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington. Visitation will be two hours before service at the funeral home.
