Synder Workout of the Day

Unfortunately, I never had a chance to meet Marine Cpl Joshua Snyder, but last Friday, November 30, 2012 he was an inspiration to a group of us who do Crossfit at 5:15am. The gentleman who runs our group is a former Marine and every Friday we honor a Wounded Warrior for our workout of the day (WOD).
