In 2001, when we were housemates in Chestnut Hill, Josiah thoughtfully gave me my first Christmas tree as an adult. It´s a cherished memory I hold close, especially as my family puts up our tree this holiday season and I am telling them about Josiah. He had a truly wonderful soul, and my thoughts are with his loving family this season as we remember him from London, one of his favourite cities. -Kathleen

Josiah - what a lovely and sweet fellow - who always cheered me with his smile when we ran into one another at Barker or elsewhere. I was especially glad for someone to reminisce with about my old friend and mentor Archie, a frequent happy sight at lunch at the Faculty club's Long Table. Josiah carried his father's spirit in his warm presence.
