I served with Toni at Grand Forks AFB. We were good friends and roommates for a while. She treated me like her son. I am heartbroken to learn that she has passed away. She introduced me to Catholicism at St.Michael's in Grand Forks. God bless her children and family.

To my Godmother/Nina Josie you'll be missed but never forgotten, with lots of LOVE. Plus Alex E. he will miss your Aroz Dulce and Stephie E. my god daughter said she will miss her fantastic chilli beans. :)

To all the Gortarez Family "My thoughts and prayers are with you all," we know at this time we have lost our sister our mother our friend but we know that this is only for a moment, we too will depart from this world and be with her one day, were we no longer will suffer the pains and aches of this world. I had the honor to speak with josie about a month before she left us and we laughed and cried about old times. Josie I know your with the Lord and walking next to him keep us close to you...

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I have always had many memories of the Gotarez Family growing up. My last memories of you were at my Tio's anniversary party. I was so excited to see all of you. I will keep those memories sacred. Rest in peace my friend.
