Not sure what to say?

To the McNulty Family, My wife Lois and I traveled many a mile with your Mom and Dad with the Ironworkers Union, Local 357 and Local 15, oh the times we had. We remember hiking with them on many a mountain especially the "seven sisters". Josie brought out the best in everyone, quick with a quip and that beautiful smile. She will be missed by all. Raise a glass to Ms Josie, Slainte !

To the McNulty's, I was sorry to hear about the passing of Mrs. McNulty. We are keeping her and you all in our prayers during this difficult time. Sincerely, Brendan O'Toole, Kevin O'Toole and the O'Toole Family

I did not know your mom but having read this beautiful tribute to her, I wish I had. I too lived on Hungry Hill for some years. Now I feel like getting started on my own obit. Thank you (and your mom) for this inspiration. I will keep Josephine in my prayers. With sympathy, Geraldine Morgan

Dear Margaret, Your Mom, Josie, was a shining gem and delight! I´m your former 3rd grade teacher, Sr. Elaine, and your Mom and I would talk occasionally and had gotten together a few times at Plaza 99. I know I haven´t talked with her since the pandemic, but thought of her often. I so enjoyed talking and being with her. Prayers and blessings to you, your siblings, and whole family as I know you will miss her, but her Presence will always be with you. Peace to your grieving hearts, Elaine

Your mom was one of a kind is such a good way. Knew her for years from the Hill as I was her handy man. She would make sit and catch up on life before I did anything in her home. She always made you smile and the visits were always worth while. Maybe the memories of her awesome personality remain with us all for years to come. Rest in Peace Josie.
