General Robles was my Battalion Commander at Fort Riley in the early 1980´s. Superb caring commanding officer. One of the most dynamic competent & capable leader I served with in 30 years military service. He will be greatly missed.

I now am an Advisor to the UTHSC ( Military Health Institute ) working mental wellness for Veterans, another vision that the General believed in. I plan to carry his wishes to fruition. I only hope I can carry his torch with the same Love...
