Josy, my good friend and second mother.Thank you for teaching me the art of singing and performing classical music in such a way that touches the hearts of the listeners. Every time I look at music and sing, I see you. You will always be in my heart .
May 11th I will be singing the National Anthem to a professional football game in memory of you.

Don and Josy were our neighbors for the three years that we lived in Colorado Springs. We loved hearing the stories of Don's WW II meeting with Josy, of Josy's illustrious opera career, and of their life together in America. We also enjoyed spending evenings together watching opera tapes and discussing music.
Don and Josy are a beautiful couple, and we will always cherish our memories of them.

Don & Josy were friends that we shared many wonderful meals and times with. We spent many hours discussing travels, music, landscaping of their home and many home projects that were always underway. Barbara spent many years receiving voice instruction from Josy both in Omaha & Colorado Springs. The lessons were the source of much happiness for both Josy and Barb.
