Joy Lee Constantino

I am the diabetic educator at Henry Community Health. It was always a pleasure to talk with Joy and help her figure out her diabetes . She did an excellent job of managing this disease. I surely will miss not seeing her each month ! My condolences to the family , Stephen Hamilton RN
