Joy Elizabeth Cousins

Dear family of Joy,
I am so sorry to hear of Joy's passing. I remember her well from WVSOM and from taking our students to educate them in rural medicine. She was a lovely and beautiful person, and loved by all. The students bragged on the experiences they got from her and she was about our only graduate to practice medicine in Mineral County, WV. An area of great need for medical care. While I did not knowDr Cousins personally, just the fact that she was a fellow DO makes her great by me. I am sure with the way she was taught to practice, she gave comfort & hope to any of her patients with whom she had contact. May God bless you on your significant loss of a loved one named JOY.
