Not sure what to say?

Dear Rhonda, I just heard about Joy Lynn.
Of course I only remember her as trailing behind us older kids when we were playing in Edgewater. I am so sorry and please call me when you can.

Joy was a person that had fun with life, always a smile for all. I join all from Traffic Engineering to give her family our condolences on their loss.

We will be remembering and praying for the family. I headed the Traffic Engineering Dept before retiring 2+ years ago, and admired her willingness to work even after becoming ill.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

I am praying for you, and your family.
You were a inspiration and friend to all
who knew you. I am going to miss you a lot. We had some good laughs.and some good friends.

I worked with Joy at Traffic Engineering...and liked her so much....She was one of a kind...and will be missed..
