My golden childhood memories centers around Joy, the Gillespies and the skating rink. And over the years, our lives bumping into each other - Bradley being born, Joy resettling in the West End, High School Reunions, and other occasions.
Golden memories of a Golden Girl. My heartfelt condolences to Bradley, Gail and Janet and their families.

With fond memories of Joy over the decades, we send our deepest sympathy to the McLean, Gillespie and Newell families. Our thoughts are with you all.

Joy, all of us at GEI who had the pleasure of knowing you these last few short years will miss you greatly - your boundless enthusiasm and passion for life were such an inspiration. When I was new to the west coast you were so supportive. Thank you.

Joy was always smiling and very easy to speak with. I appreciate the time I had to spend with her on the BCCCA Board meetings and conference planning. Your smile and laughter and professionalism will truly be missed.

Joy,I will always remember you. You had such a wonderfull ability to organize both large and small events to the finest detail. Your enthusiasm for the Private Post Secondary industry and your ability to find answers for people will always be remembered and appreciated by many. I loved your sense of style and panache. You will be missed.

Joy was a real leader in the BCCCA, and a sincere, thoughtful colleague. Professionally, she was smart and worked incredibly hard. On a personal level, she was fun to be around and was always personable, energetic and pleasant. Joy was a 'class act' who is greatly missed.
