Read MoreWe enjoyed several years living next door to Joy and Eldon in Tamarack condos. Our unit looked directly out on their flower gardens, which were spectacular. Both of them, but especially Joy, were tireless in caring for their gardens. They were the sweetest people one could hope to know. Their passing is a true loss to all those who knew them.

We enjoyed 10 years of being neighbors of the Newcombs at Tamarack Condos. Joy and Eldon provided a beautiful garden in our back yard that was the envy of our neighbors. Eldon was a important member of our coffee group that led to many family dinner outings. We missed them when they moved and are grateful for the time we spent with them.
