I had not heard from her in a while and I was hoping for the best but my heart is broken today. She was the sweetest woman I have ever had the honor of meeting. She loved her Myrtle so much. I hope Myrtle's heart heals with the loss of her Joy. Rest In Peace Ms. Rhodes. You are a beautiful soul.

It is with a sad heart to hear of Joy's death. She, Arthur and Hazel were dear friends to me and my family when I lived in Panama City. Joy was a very loving person and I'm sure she will be missed by many.
