She graduated from schools in Totnes, England and two years community college in Torquay, England. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, May 31,2017 at 12:00 Noon from the Willard Rothermel Funeral Home, Mt. Carmel,PA. Interment in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. VIsitation Wednesday 11:00 A.M. until the time of Service from the Willard Rothermel Funeral Home, Mt. Carmel,PA.
We are sorry to hear of Joy's passing but we truly enjoyed knowing her. She was a wonderful lady and will be missed.
