Not sure what to say?

I taught English at Sandy High School along with Joy. She was the first teacher I met there when I began in 1973. She was a passionate, highly intelligent, and witty person. I am sorry to hear of her passing.

Dear Jenny, Sally, Andy & David,
I love your mom so much. She was a wonderful mentor for both myself and my mom. She will always, always live in my heart. I love you all for being a part of my life and making it a better life.
All my love,
Pat England

Jenny,
I think fo you so often and wondered where you had moved to. And then last week I just happened to read the obituries and read about your Mother. I am so sorry for your loss. I didn't know your mom but reading everything she did in her life what an amazing women. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Jenny, Sally, Dave & Andy,
Thank you for the tribute/wake for your mom.
It gave me a chance to meet you and bring my 85 yr old mother to see the children of a dear old friend. As she has macular degeneration, I will leave a phone # where she can be reached if you are interested in further history of the Stricker family (like stories of your dad and grandfather).
Dorothy Gripp Lindsay Forman can be reached at (503) 594-2429.
Very Best Regards,
Kirby Lindsay (503) 774-4469

Although I haven't seen Joy for a long time, I have some great memories of being at your home and spending time with your family. I was saddened to read about your Mom, but reading her obituary today and thinking of all of you helped to soften the moment. Take care.

To Andy, Jenny, Sally and Dave,
I'm so sad for all of you today but so happy that I knew your Mom and all of you as well. I know your wonderful memories will keep her with you forever.

For all of us who were lucky enough to belong to aunt Joy's family, I rejoice at the thought she came into this world.
Thank you, aunt Joy for letting me know I had choices.

I am sad that Ms. Stricker has passed away but I am also glad to have known her. The last time I got to visit with her was at my mother's home a couple of years ago. We talked alot about her children and the pride she had in all of them was evident. While not seeing her often I will still miss her knowing she is gone in body but also know that her spirit will live on.
