We are so sorry to hear of Joyce passing. I remember her always with a smile and being so kind. May she rest in peace.

So saddened by this wonderful lady's passing, we got to know Joyce, when she helped us find our first home in Rochester, NY. Then again in Albany NY. She was so kind, caring and giving. The world needs more people like Joyce. She will missed by many and remembered, as a beautiful soul. Rest In Peace my friend.

When sharing the sad news of her passing with my wife, my wife's response was " there was never a time when we saw her at a family event or gathering, that we were not greeted with a smile, a hug and a very sincere , warm conversation, " This is a testament to the kind of person she was. Joyce was a very sweet, caring person who deeply loved her only son, Dave, who unexpectedly passed almost two years. May she now rest in peace with him at her side again. We will sincerely miss you here on earth. RIP.
