Joyce Catherine Badon

I am one of millions across the country who witnessed the devastating Texas floods last July. As Joyce Catherine's father walked up and down the river calling her name, I prayed that she would be found alive. It was heartbreaking that so many died. I just read her obituary and now realize what a special girl she was. Smart and goal oriented, reaching out to those in need, her many travels and capable ability to motivate others, she was an amazing young woman. Sending my deepest condolences...

I never personally met Joyce but wanted to say from what I read in her obituary she was a loving kind young woman that cared for her family and she left a lasting impact and will be missed even by those that didn´t know her
