Not sure what to say?

I had the most sincere pleasure of meeting Joyce last year. I was working in a small Deli in Green Township and Joyce would stop in with a gentleman, Gill, that she was taking for medical appointments. We struck up easy conversation and I learned about her working as a photographer, her love of aerial photography, her family, and how she was also a painter. She would come in whenever in the area. I asked about her paintings and she told me that a lot were placed in Hackettstown and Newton...

She was a treasure. All of Roxbury Township lived her, and I will miss her terribly. She was selfless until the end, and was far more worried about the well-being of others over herself. You don't meet too many people in life like that, and I was honored to know her and to work with her all these years. Mike Condon, Editor, Roxbury Register.

A lovely woman with a great spirit & talent. My family was so sad to hear of her passing. My mom spoke to her a few weeks ago and knew that she was not doing well but she fought the good fight! You are all in our prayers.

Dane, Cliff and families - So sorry to learn of Mom's passing. She had told me several months ago that she was very ill. She asked us to come to Shawnee for the Festival as she knew it would be her last one. Seeing Cliff there was a nice surprise. Her family was always on her mind, especially when we would meet at Mountainside or Byram Diner. Your health issues were more of a concern than her own. How selfless! She will always be remembered for her photography. She caught the essence of Byram...

I am so very sorry to learn of Joyce's passing. I so enjoyed working and talking to Joyce as we photographed events over the years. Her two greatest passions, her family and her photography! She always had a smile and a positive attitude. I will miss you Joyce.

Joyce was my treasured girlfriend for half a century, ever since we were teens cruising around' in my parent's convertible thinking we were the absolute coolest things God had ever created! Carefree, happy, on-top-of-the-world young women. Those are glorious memories.
I'm so grateful our lives intersected and that we each wanted to nurtured a long history together. I will sorely miss our wonderful catch-up chats.
