Joyce was a good friend and colleague at Crestwood Middle. I had the privilege of teaching her grandson at Western Pines

I just found out yesterday that Mrs. Bean had passed away. She was a great teacher and I am so glad I had her. Best wishes to her family and friends.

We were students at Wellington Middle School, and were incredibly sorry to hear of Mrs. Bean's death, she was a great teacher, and a great person and our hopes and best wishes go out to her family and friends.

My Chilren and I are very sorry for the loss of Mrs. Bean. She was a wonderful person and Teacher.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time of sorrow. Joyce was our neighbor in Pinewood Manor a few years back and she taught our son John last year. We were happily surprised she remembered him. He is very saddened by her passing. "She was a good teacher".

You and Your family are in our prayers, All of your students from Crestwood Middle school (1994-1996) are sadden and dismayed, we will surely miss you.

A teacher to the core! Joyce used that gift in all she did. When it came to sharing God's love, all the more so. She had a keen way of explaining the 'big picture' of His love. When Joyce taught bible class things things that most of us thought we already knew went CLICK in a whole new way. I remember her and Russ from Palm Sprins Baptist but I am more gratefull for knowing her in the last few years a First Baptist LW and her involvement in church life.
