To all of the Bearden family, my heart grieves with you over Joyce's death. All of you know how special your mother was to all of the Payne family. To the Bearden family,
I wanted to send my love to the entire family. Joyce was a very caring and loving woman. I know she will be dearly missed. Just last week I was telling a friend how I used to make sure to be at David's house on Sundays so I would be assured of having her fried chicken. It was the best. I send all of my love and I am thinking of you all. I look forward to seeing everyone.
