Read MoreI am Donald Evans' sister, Belinda Evans, and I only knew Joyce for a short period of time, but it was a pleasure and blessing, to meet such a nice lady. I enjoyed the few conversations we had and I have missed seeing her when I go an visit my mom. I send my condolences to her family. As my brother said, I knew her, from being in the same room, with my mom, at the Golden Care Living Center.

I came to know Mrs. Belcher only in the last 3 months as she was in the room with my mom at Golden Care Living Center. I very much enjoyed the conversations we had about all the food we talked about. I hated seeing where she had passed away. I'll miss seeing and talking to her. It was a pleasure knowing her for such a short time.
