A great lady with a wonderful witty personality, I always looked forward to visiting my Grandma, Blanche Mullins and my sister Carol Sue Westman as they were neighbors and friends with Joyce. She will be very much missed by all. I was very fortunate to have her friendship. My deepest condolences to the family.
