Joyce Ann Brocklehurst

Joyce was born on July 9, 1949 and passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2019. Joyce was a resident of Shadyside, Ohio at the time of passing. Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio where services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Jack Palmer officiating. Burial will follow in Powhatan Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Project.
