John and Family, So sorry to hear of the death of Joyce. She was a wonderful lady in so many ways. I shall always remember her kindness and joy to me and the family. We were all blessed to have known and had our lives touched by Joyce. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

John,
Ron had let me know last month of your loss of your dear wife Joyce.,
Tonight now three weeks later, I had a dream so vivid of you and I in VB. Yes, I too
have the mid-morning get me ups and stay ups reading and writing before I can go back to sleep.

Even though I only met Joyce once at our Life's Group party hosted by Ron and Jeanne I remember your stories about your love for her you shared with our Thursday morning Life group.

Peace be with you my brother in...

Dear John and family,
I am so sorry to hear of Joyce's passing. She was wonderful and I so enjoyed spending the day with you two on Madison's campus sharing a tour and memories. Blessings to you and your family and all that knew Joyce.

Please accept our sincere condolences on the loss of Mrs. Clarke. Jennifer and her daughters especially are in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. May our fond memories replace the immediate grief of losing a mother, grandmother and beloved family member. Love- David, Anne, Laney and Lee.

As a fellow UVa fan, I send my condolences to her family and friends.

This story is a wonderful reflection of a life lived full of love and absolute joy. She was a major influence in my musical endeavors and I'm grateful for her passion for music. It has helped shaped me into the musician I am today...and I think she'd be proud!

Dear Jen and loving Clarke family,
My sincerest condolences on the passing of such a beautiful soul! Your mom touched many of the WFU family and always made us feel like we were family! I pray for the peace and glory of our Lord to help you through this time of grief!

I share Joyce's blessed memory. She will be greatly missed.
