I worked at NBC 12 and she was one of the Call 12 volunteers. I would see her every week and I got to know her well. She was the sweetest person, and she was always so upbeat and so positive! It was a joy to see her every week with her beautiful smile! We lost touch when I left Channel 12, but we were Facebook friends and chatted on occasion. I had no idea she was ill. My heart is broken for her family. What a tremendous loss.
