Joyce was born on November 10, 1937 and passed away on Monday, October 28, 2019. Funeral service for Mrs. Fincher will be held at 11 o'clock Saturday, November 2, 2019 at the Chapel of J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home with Reverend Philip Fincher officiating. Interment will follow at Lawnwood Memorial Park with Reverend David Wheeler officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Friday, November 1, 2019. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Porterdale Baptist Church, 2 Ash Street, Covington, GA 30014.
