It was a shock and very dissappinting to read Bill's email of yesterday informing me of the passing of his bride of 44 years. Sweet Joyce was a classy lady not to mention a hard worker supporting Bill in his business as well as all of his endeavors. I became very close to her during Bill's run for City Council back in 1988 and grew to admire, respect and love her.
