Billy, Renee,Rochelle and Family;
I hope I did as Joyce asked and that you were pleased. I will truly miss my friend, my classmate, my soror. Just as she was in my every prayer these last few months...so are all of you! I will always remember and admire
her strength!

My children,(Soror Aureon Herron-Hinds
& Whelton R. Herron) and I extend
sincere and heartfelt condolences.

Joyce and I were good friends at Tenn State. I visited her in Memphis and she came to see me in Birmingham. I will always remember her with a smile and will keep her family uplifted in my prayers.

I was deeply saddened at the lost of my classmate and friend. I am so happy that I had a chance to speak with Joyce during the last few months. She will be truly missed. My prayers are with the family.

Hold on to the memories of Joyce, they will sustain you thru these difficult days. You are in our prayers and thoughts.

Renee, Rochelle & Billy...what a Blessing from the Most High were we all given to have the presence of such a stunningly beautiful spirit in our lives. Joyce was iconic in her capacity to love, to encourage, spead joy, and make you laugh..just to mention a few of her giftings in life. So many of my fondest and vivid childhood memories as well as many in my early adult life contain each of you and Auntie Joyce. I give Praise for the love and nurturing she provided in my life. I thank each of...

To Billy: May you receive love, comfort and support from family and friends on this day and days to come.

To "The Girls": I know that this Mother's Day will be difficult for you and I will keep you lifted in prayer.

"Joyce Ann" was a dear friend to me and I regret that I was unable to attend services. Know that your family will be in my prayers.
