I am sad to hear of the passing of Joyce. We worked together on many cases involving children in the early 90's, myself as a police investigator, and Joyce as a Child Protective Service worker for James City County. Joyce taught me to be a voice for abused and neglected children. She actually really cared about them. I was shocked to learn of Joyce's passing. Joyce and I worked together at Hampton DSS and enjoyed getting together outside of work years ago but eventually lost contact. Bill- I am so very sorry. Prayers for you, Tanya and Terry. Joyce was a wonderful woman.
