Joyce Was a Very Kind Lady she would be always so Happy when she came and visited us at OCL she will be missed very much

Joyce was a joy and a beautiful person to know. She was a dear friend to so many of us at AccessCNY (Enable). Our thoughts are with all of her family. We will miss her truly.

Deepest sympathy to your family. Joyce brightened up everyone's day...so cheerful and loving. She will be missed.

Joyce was an amazing person. She helped so many people in other countries find what was possible. She was a strong advocate in Syracuse for the rights of people with disabilities. She was a great friend, loved her independence and had a great love of her cats. She will be so much missed by so many. Her strong advocacy, her thoughtfulness and her wonderful personality. I feel so fortunate to have known her and been her friend. May You Rest In Peace forever. Until we meet again.

Offering our deepest condolences during this time.
