Not sure what to say?

She was our glue. She was our cheerleader. She was so interested in everyone. She made us smile. She was such a great example. She recently left me a message about another niece who was dancing in Europe. People and their accomplishments made her happy. We will miss her!

Sister Jacobsen was a bright light as the Matron in the Dallas Temple. I was sorry when she and President Jacobsen was released from the temple calling because of her illness. She was a lovely person.

None of us who served in the Florida Jacksonville Mission will ever forget Sister Jacobsen and her loving service. She was and is an inspiration to all of us. We express our condolences to the Jacobsen family. May the Lord continue to bless you with love and peace during this trying time.

Joyce was one of a kind. One of the great ones. Chris and I will miss her and express our condolences to Owen, Elliot and Marcie.

Thinking of you all today as you lay to rest our rare jewel Joyce. While the heavens "reJoyce" at having her home, the world weeps with you at the profound loss of such a bright light, noble soul & mighty force for good, even greatness. Her Christlike compassion and concern for the 'one' transformed every life she touched. She was the great gardener of all, nurturing and inspiring others to bloom & blossom to their full potential. I will deeply miss her sage advise, wonderful wit, infectious...

We honor a great life. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Sister Jacobsen was a mother to all the missionaries in the Jacksonville Florida Mission. She was wonderful, kind, loving and an inspiration to us all. Her Love for Heavenly Father was always forefront and her dedication to the Gospel unwavering. May Heavenly Father enfold her loved ones through these days and forever. My Mom passed away some years ago and this quote has been so wonderful for me: " Sorrow is not forever Love is"
The love that she shared with us all during the Mission...

We are so very thankful to Joyce for the wonderful influence she had on our family as we raised our children in Saratoga. She is a most precious Child of God and much loved by our family. We will keep Owen in our prayers as we know this will be a difficult time for him as he awaits a future reunion with Joyce and their eternal family. Owen and Joyce you are much loved and truly appreciated by our family

The last time I saw Aunt Joyce was a few years ago in Oakley, Idaho for the 24th. What a fun weekend. She was always so positive and made me feel so special even though I am one of many, many relatives. I'm sorry to see her go but I bet it's a grand sisters reunion up in heaven. All my love to Uncle Owen, Marcie and Eliot.
