My sympathies to Joyce's family. My mother, Jeanne Fries, was one of Joyce's regulars at Chics. Nobody could do her hair like Joyce! Mom left this Earth this past January and I am sure she was one of the first to welcome Joyce to Paradise!

To Joyce's Family,
It had been 50+ years since many of the Seton High Class of '61 had seen each other. A 50 year reunion was a year overdue, but your Mom was instrumental in making one happen. She worked tirelessly to help arrange the event on Sept. 21, 2012. It meant a lot to her that our reunion Mass was held at St. Casmir's. Having experienced a parish dissolution ourselves, I'm sure it must have hurt when her church closed. Helping to transform that building into such a caring...

I am so sorry for your loss. Your mother and I attended daily Mass together for years at St. Casimir's. She was a lovely women. I pray that she and your father are now in heaven, in peace, in God's presence.
