Joyce E. Martis

I am so blessed to have known Joyce and remained in contact through the years. She was a happy and loving friend and co-worker. She worked very hard to aid her clients at Social Services and always went the extra mile when allowed and needed. I have many smiles and thanks for the Joyce I knew and loved. I am so sorry to hear of Joyces' passing; she and I and our supervisor Jan Williams were getting ready to do our yearly luncheon together in March. Joyce was a big part of our group at Social Services years ago on Franklin SE and she and Larry would have us over to the house for Taco Dinner a la Larry! I will miss her greatly. May she RIP forever at her UP home!
